Harriet Subramanian, Managing Director
A strategic, multidisciplinary PR and marketing communications consultant with an eye for innovation, Harriet maintains a special interest in business growth and development. Originally from Australia with degrees in Law and History, she has worked the gamut of clients (including Westwood Global Energy Group, Centrica, CIPFA & CIPFA Counter Fraud Centre, Women in the City, Regus, and Essentia to name a few) developing and delivering award winning B2B and B2C communication programmes for both internal and external audiences. As the founder of Flourish PR, Harriet combines her business acumen with 20+ years’ experience to deliver communication strategies which result in growth for clients.
Susie Richards, Creative Director
A multidisciplinary creative with a unique combination of design, marketing and PR skills gained over a 20+ year career in a wide variety of industry sectors, from technology and medical to broadcast and film. Susie is highly experienced in both B2B and B2C communications and the delivery of a vast range of print and digital based creative projects including branding, brochures, direct mail, press adverts, exhibition graphics, online content, newsletters and web design including WordPress development. Technically proficient in Creative Suite 6 design packages (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) she brings ideas to life, cost-effectively and creatively.
Karen Higginbottom, Editor and Senior Writer
Karen is a seasoned journalist with over 17 years’ experience of writing for Guardian, Independent, The Times’s supplements and trade publications. She specialises in writing about workplace topics such as leadership development, CSR, diversity training, rewards, employee engagement and board governance and currently writes for Forbes.com and Thomson Reuters. Karen has also produced a wide variety of reports and opinion pieces on HR and leadership topics for well-known corporate clients such as Deloitte and Mercer.
Kate Kelliher, Marketing Director
A senior marketing communications and public relations professional, with over 15 years’ experience, both agency and client side, Kate specializes in planning and implementing strategic marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients, in the business to business sphere including an impressive track record in the professional services, education, HR and health sectors. Previous in-house roles and clients have included the University of Durham, Vodafone, the Royal College of Vets, Simply Health, Roffey Park Institute and the Special Hospitals Service Authority. She has experience in all areas of marketing communication planning, implementation and analysis and loves working with clients to find ways of making their marketing budget and communications work really hard.
Victoria Roe, Senior Account Director
Victoria is an accomplished PR and media relations practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. She has created and managed successful, pro-active PR strategies to support many different organisations ranging from small start-ups to large corporates. She has an excellent knowledge of the UK media as well as wide industry experience both in B2B and B2C markets, ranging from financial and professional services to healthcare, property to recruitment and technology to trade associations. Her in-house experience includes HSBC and Pinsent Masons (law firm) and her consultancy clients have included Experian, Zurich Financial Services, NHS Connecting for Health, GE Healthcare, Warburtons and Swiftcover (AXA).
